Refund Policy

1. Payments

All payments must be made only to the official company account (VAIDHYA ORGANISATION PRIVATE LIMITED), payable through our secure online checkout (UPI, cards, netbanking). If anyone asks you to pay to a personal account, do not pay and report it to us immediately.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally: services not yet started are fully refundable, partially delivered services may receive pro-rata refunds, and third-party fees (university fees, visa fees) are non-refundable as they are passed to third parties.

3. Refund Process

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 94068 57563 with your payment receipt. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15-30 business days after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Items

University application fees, visa processing fees, third-party charges, and services already delivered are non-refundable.

5. Fraud Warning

We never request payment into personal accounts, nor any advance fee under a guarantee of employment. Report any such requests immediately.
